Procedure Details

A complete closed rhinoplasty that allows for elevation and rotation of the nasal tip. A spreader graft was place on the right side to improve her breathing. Her nasal tip is asymmetric and was corrected this is most evident in the base view.

Inadequate Projection

Tip projection reflects the ability of the alar cartilages to support the tip independently of the height of the nasal dorsum.  If the tip hangs from the septal angle, then it is inadequately projecting.
