Revision Rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting to the nasal bridge and columella.

Procedure Details

This patient had an over resected nasal dorsum with failure to bring the nasal bones together to hide the inverted v deformity created by the removal of a bony nasal hump. In addition, her nasal tip was drooping and under projected. The tip was rotated upward and a columellar strut was positioned to support the tip.
